This month’s Register & Drive (RAD) on Saturday, June 3 will start as usual at Kendall Porsche of Bend, but rather than beginning the drive at 9:00 AM, there will be a joint Cars and Coffee event with both HDRPCA and the Avant Car Club, who will be bringing about 20 cars from Portland.  Then around 10:00 AM we will begin the drive, after a mandatory Participant's Meeting.  The Avant Car Club will not be driving with us on our RAD event.
• All Drivers need to register prior to this event at MotorsportReg.com. The registration fee is $10 per car.
• Arrive between 9:00 am to 9:30 am for the joint Cars and Coffee event. Check-in for the drive begins around 9:30 am followed by the mandatory Participants’ Meeting at around 9:45 am.
• The drive destination, driving instructions, approximate duration, run group leaders and sweepers information will be provided at Check-in.
• The drive duration will be less than 3 hours.
• Run group assignments will be finalized at Check-in. The first run group of 10 cars will depart at around 10:00 am followed by remaining run groups in about 10-minute intervals.

ALL PARTICIPANTS (drivers and passengers) must sign a PCA RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY (a form is provided at Check-in). For all Minors under 18 the Parent(s) or Guardian(s) must sign a PCA WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT FOR MINORS AS OBSERVERS ONLY (a form is provided at Check-in).
