The High Desert Region received the 2013 Website First Place Award, for Class II Regions with 100 – 200 members. This award was presented at the June National Porsche Parade in Traverse City, Michigan. For reference, our club currently has 159 members, and is growing.

We should be very proud of this accomplishment, with a special “Thank You” to Jesse Felder, our Webmaster for all of his great work and efforts in continuing to improve our website. “Thank You” to our editor, Lisa Sarmiento for her contributions. And, “Thank You” to all who have contributed articles, photos, planed and coordinated our special events, your hard work and dedication makes this all possible. We look forward to your continued enthusiasm and support as we all enjoy our Porsches and the associated friendships!
There was a motto at the 2013 Porsche Parade which goes like this: “Porsche Club of America fueled by Volunteers”
