Membership in the High Desert Region is included as part of your PCA National membership.  As long as you are showing an address in one of these 13 Oregon counties:  Deschutes, Jefferson, Crook, Baker, Gilliam, Grant, Morrow, Sherman, Umatilla, Union, Wallowa, Wasco or Wheeler, you will either be assigned by PCA National to the High Desert Region, or you will be able to select HDR as your home region during the process of joining the PCA National organization.
